And the willingness to work together is there. But supportive infrastructure is missing.<br><br>Clinical studies take place within few hospitals, thereby not including all available patients. That limits scale, makes data hard to combine, and slows down progress.<br>Differences in research design, legal frameworks, data storage and technology make it difficult to connect efforts between different hospitals and research projects &#8211; even when the intention is shared.<br><br>Without coordination and shared infrastructure, valuable opportunities are lost.<br>Not for lack of commitment, but because the system wasn\u2019t built for it.<br><br>At Yamicc, we step in where structure is needed &#8211; joining the pieces of research.<br><br>We facilitate collaboration between hospitals, researchers and data experts: aligning expertise from the start, creating common tools, and helping studies scale.<br><br>Because rare cancer research shouldn\u2019t depend on chance.
