Supervisory Board

The Yamicc Foundation values transparency, integrity, and a professional
supervisory structure to ensure our social objectives are met.

Supervisory board

The Supervisory Board oversees the policy of the management board and the general affairs within the foundation. The Supervisory Board fulfills its tasks with an independent view and with an eye for the foundation’s societal purpose.

The Supervisory Board advises the management and ensures that the foundation acts in accordance with its statutes, objectives, and the requirements applicable to a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI).

The composition of the Supervisory Board, including the positions and any ancillary positions of the members, is included on this website. The members of the SBreceive no remuneration for their work.

The working methods, terms of office, appointment procedures, and consultation structures are laid down in the internal Regulations of the Supervisory Board. These regulations are aligned with the foundation’s statutes and serve as an internal guideline for good supervision and governance.
