ANBI
Yamicc is registered with the Dutch Tax Authority as a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI).
When you want to donate to a foundation like Yamicc, special tax rules apply. We have listed the most important ones for you.

From 1 January 2008, the following tax benefits apply
These rules make giving to a recognised ANBI more attractive for both private donors and companies.

If an institution has been designated by the Tax Authority as an ANBI, a donor can deduct donations from income tax or corporate tax, within the applicable rules.

An ANBI does not have to pay inheritance tax or gift tax on inheritances and donations that the ANBI receives in the public interest.

Payments made by an ANBI in the public interest are exempt from gift tax.

Tax benefits
Stichting Yamicc has been designated by the Tax Authority as a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI). This means that Yamicc does not have to pay gift and/or inheritance tax on received donations and inheritances.
Furthermore, donations to Yamicc are tax deductible.
